The survey was distributed through diocesan listservs and direct emails. Those included were Clergy, Jr. and Sr. Wardens, some Vestry, some Staff, and other Ministers (Musicians, Sunday School Teachers). The survey was open March 11 through April 14, 2025.

There were 74 responses from 50 parishes (out of 90 parishes).
